The truth is, I'm a Mom of two feral boys and the wife of a retired rescue swimmer, and they never stop. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the "shoulds" in our lives and put our health on the backburner. It brings me joy to empower other women to advocate for their health and wellbeing.

I'm one of those granola gals who aims to supply organic food for my family, clean products, mindful eating, time in the sun, movement, grounding, etc., but
I'm also a realist.

Certified Personal Trainer (NASM): previously a certified Crossfit coach and Physical therapy assistant— blending fitness and safe movement with nutrition for whole-body wellness.

More importantly, my passion is listening to women—helping them feel heard, understood, and supported while finding solutions that actually get results.

The notes I received, and the encouragement I felt was incredibly heartening. Improving my health and wellness is a daunting task and a massive behavioral change. Throughout the consultation I felt like I was an incredibly important client for her and that is such an important and often missed aspect of working with a trusted expert. I would just hope that she continues as she has started - open, genuine, interested, excited, warm, and knowledgable. One last note - she has an incredible innate ability to explain complex scientific concepts in everyday language that even after years of reading books about the gut, glucose, and wellness - I had never come across explanations as good as hers.
